Took my husband to the ER as he was not treated properly at convenient care. Even the ER Doctor said something to us. But he was well taken care. Treated with respect.Yes we waited 3 hours. I dont understand why when a child is sick Mom and Dad have to come,along with 5 kids Aunts and Uncles.And then they are running around like this is a play area.So then they complain to the Receptionist about waiting.Get a life people ,this is an ER not a family reunion gathering area.
I didn’t want anyone to know any of my family’s business so I decided to make this anonymous. I was taken to this hospital because of my health my family thought that they could trust this place, however I was mistreated and disrespected. Not only did the staff refuse to give my emergency contact any information about my stay there but they also denied them any information about me. INCLUDING WHERE I WAS BEING TRANSFERRED TO. **TMI While I was there I was on my period. I was denied any hygiene products and had to beg them to take me to the bathroom- which by the way I had to do practically naked, because I guess having a gown cover my front side and my backside was way too much to ask for. My personal belongings were taken from me during this time as well without any explanations. It’s really a disgrace that this hospital is still open, there’s so many violations to patients and overall to HIPPA.
I have had several instances with this hospital's blatant disregard for professional behavior, quality medical care, and respect for the patient's dignity as a human being. Everyone I know has had the same problems with this hospital and its reputation is well earned. The last time I went to the ER at Beloit Memorial the nurses were rude and uncaring not to mention the doctor himself talked to me like an incopatent moron and acted in an immature manner using strong profanity at first initial contact and trying to act above everyone else. This hospital deserves to be shut down. I have never seen a hospital this messed up before.
This is the last place I would recommend taking your loved ones to be cared for. My grandfather Donn Hathaway passed away two days before Christmas last year. He just went it for a check up, and after he waited alone in the ER for six hours, nurses called my mom and asked what she wanted them to do for him. They are the ones with the degree and they're asking her?! I cant believe hospitals can actually make these redundant calls. If you can't trust them with the lives of your loved ones, who can you trust? Will never be back here and thats a promise!
HAD SAME DAY SURGERY THERE TODAY. I GOT TOP NOTCH CARE IN SAME DAY SURGERY AND SURGERY. THANK YOU I KNOW I AN A DIFACULT PATIENT. BUT YOU EXCEEDED ALL MY NEEDS
