I was very happy that Duncan did a safety inspection on a car that I almost bought for my son and daughter in law. He saved over $2000 in headaches by helping me NOT get into a mistake!

My husband and I happened by this place by chance several years ago. The service manger at the time was Gary. He was respectful, trustworthy, kind and honest. It was a pleasure doing business with him. We returned to learn Gary was not there but we expected the same quality. We were terribly mistaken. We were explained by the current service manager that new tires for a very inexpensive car would cost $48. I explained I didn't want Amy extras or bells or whistles. We ended up leaving with a $500 bill for four tires on a "to be junked shortly" car. When my husband called to inquire he was quickly dismissed and called"young man" in a derivative manner not flattering even to a fifty year old man. We will never frequent that place ever again.

Pretty good experience. I was wanting to go with a quality tire for once in my life. The service manager was very helpful and informative. I was excited to find a place downtown Beloit close to the office, so I could leave my car there and walk to office. I was sold on, and ended up getting the "ultra deluxe package" for my tires, which equates to free roadside assistance to change out spare, free repairs of tire in case of puncture, free tire rotations, and $16 oil changes. Just went in for my first oil change yesterday, and it wasn't $16, but total cost was $27. I was less-than pleased. The additional line items on my receipt were for topping off fluids and new oil filter (above and beyond the base-price lube of $16). Just be honest and act with integrity F&F. The bait-and-switch is a turn off. If oil change total price is going to be $27, don't say it is going to be $16.

I bought tires from them years ago. Got a good price on special tires for Camaro. Today, took wife's car with a slow leaking tire. They found a nail, fixed the hole, and didn't charge her a cent. Now THAT is American business at it's best.

Got an oil change my family has been doing business with them for yrs want it done right good place to go prices anit cheap but u get what u pay for they stand behind their work.
