I ordered two sandwiches and two hash browns and a coffee and I got home and I only got one order of hash browns and there were only 6 little pieces in there and now I'm looking for a phone number to call and tell them about it and there isn't one
Hands down the worst DD in America! They couldn’t get a coffee right to save their lives! They refuse to put sugar in your coffee and their donuts taste like they are stale.
I'm a regular and from day 1 I've never had an issue. Im always welcomed with a smile and my food and drinks are made to perfection. Way to go and keep it up!
the location is perfect right by my house and on the way to work, so I tend to stop frequently and everytime its a complete let down!!!! their donut holes are stale sometime and everytime an employee gives me a different totally for 1 dozen holes! I informed the workers each time at the window what I paid previous days but they act as if they dont care and im stuck with a random total 1.99, 2.63, 3.52 and 3.08 for a dozen glazed donut holes! aslo a couple times ive waited in the drive through to get to the speaker to order for them to say their out of donut holes or glazed holes seriously ?!?!. I continue to stop because of the convenience not the service or quality of dunkin donuts
This new dunkin donuts location is very clean. Staff was very friendly. My fiance lost his wallet they found it and were very professional put it away and kept it safe until we came back to get it. Also I had a coupon for a free coffee they explained that they have a different owner then the Janesville location where I received my lunch card but honored my coupon anyway this time. Thank you dunkin!!
